Martina Nelson, the owner of Park City Surveying, first learned to survey in Ohio, the National testing ground for Federal Land Subdivisions in the late 1800’s. The Public Lands Surveying System (P.L.S.S.) is the model for how most lands west of the Mississippi were created for sale to private landowners.
Martina started her Ohio surveying career in 1998, moved to Park City Surveying in 2007 & has owned the firm since 2016.
She has done expert witness testimony, is a member of the Utah Council of Land Surveyors Ethics Committee and is also a contracted speaker on surveying matters with the National Business Institute.
Park City Surveying has been doing business for 28 years.
